At the request of several readers, I’ve printed entire months of blog posts to PDFs for download. There is also a “Download the Blog (PDF)” link in the sidebar under navigation. This might be useful for new readers who want to catch up on a plane, or something like that.
I did this in a very low-tech way (explained after that link) so if you have suggestions for how to do it faster or more elegantly please post them there.

A number of options are offered here:

An in-depth walk-through of one option here:

Try just printing the file using adobe as the printer.
Usually you will get an exact print of what is displayed on the web page. One you print the contents of each posting including comments if desired, then these can be combined into a single document and the bookmarks tab will show the titles you gave to each of the printed sections.
I’m sending you some examples by separate e-mail to show you how this will work

You could test out http://www.html-pdf-converter.com and perhaps create a direct link to create pdf from baseline main page. Not sure this example would permanently work: http://www.html-pdf-converter.com/convert.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fbaselinescenario.com&x=35&y=15.
Try this free site: http://rss2pdf.com/
They even have a Feedburner plugin.
